False Hope
Two bullets fire
Two explosions resound
Shattering the silence
as I fall to the ground
One pierced flesh
The other hit space
The bastard laughed bitterly
While i had death in my face
I crawled on the floor
desperate for life
the pain in my chest
like a doubled-edged knife
blood leeked everywhere
flowing from my wound
strength faded from me
it would be my end soon
but I stubbornly hold on
frantic to escape
wanting to defy
this death-bound fate
I finally see the door
hope glimmered in my eyes
but the click of a pistol
made me then realize...

they went straight to my head
and there I was lifeless
there I lay dead.

I guess it might be strange to say about a writing of this subject, but I love this. Horrific and beautiful at the same time. The writing is quite lovely as well.
